No new editor. This all happens inside the VS Code you already use.

  1. Step 1: Install the extension

    Add the Coderay extension to VS Code. It works in Cursor and Windsurf too.

  2. Step 2: Sign in

    Open the Command Palette (⇧⌘P / Ctrl+Shift+P), run “Coderay: Sign in”, and press Connect VS Code in the browser tab that opens. Sign up first if you haven't. Your ₹100 of free usage starts right away.

  3. Step 3: Ask, approve edits, think harder

    Ask a question about your code in the chat. When it suggests an edit, review the diff and press Apply or Reject. Stuck on something tough? Switch on Think harder for that question. The usage bars in the sidebar show how much you've used.
